Fan Controller - (larger picture) Custom 8 fan condenser controller used to maintain refrigeration head pressure. These two pictured, are installed at your favorite yogurt treat factory! They also make more Gummy Bears than anywhere else in the world. 16 Channel Controller - (larger picture) 16 Channel, 20kW, 3-phase custom mounting, PID power controller. Foot Motion Sensor - (larger picture) Foot motion monitoring device that uses accelerometers and utilizes a transmitter to provide unencumbered freedom for an exercise system. (Shown on top of the Popular Science article that it was featured in) HPID - (larger picture) Hockey PID: A zero foot print full featured PID controller, specifically designed for direct mounting on solid state relays. Time Balancing Thermostat - (larger picture) Time Balancing Thermostat that maintains commercial frozen warehouse temperature while balancing running time of multiple staged refrigeration compressors. Fiber Optic Termination Oven - (larger picture) Fiber-optics termination oven that is portable. It is used to cure epoxy terminals in the field. Hydr Gate Controller A Five Gate Hydraulic Valve Controller that can be commanded to change a valve position, or can be manually hand controlled, or can be run without electrical power. • A Temperature Data-logger that logs temperatures at scheduled times and can be read out by simply plugging it directly into any Centronics port on a printer without a cable.
• Chiller controller which is an embedded controller with a full user interface including a display. It maintains a chilled water tank and circulating pump for semiconductor and laser applications.
• Hot Melt Glue controllers, multiple controllers for a family of hot melt systems. Full control and user interfacing for multiple glue dispensing systems used in industrial settings such as high speed boxing for cereal and beverage lines. It also provides temperature control for up to three hoses, guns, and tank temperature control.
• Generator feed-water control system which includes control of five 1,500hp horizontal feed-water pumps, the associated 25,000 barrel water tank, and supervisory control and data acquisition.
• 4-20mA transmitter, an instrument that monitors a sensor, linearizing and translating the result into a 4-20ma current loop signal for noise resistant transmission over long distances
• Wave Division Multiplexer (WDM) temperature controller requiring sub tenth degree, wide ambient, temperature control to maintain strict physical dimensionality of the associated optical elements.
• 32 Channel Space Simulation Chamber Temperature Controller which allows channel to channel output power gain adjustment through selectable DC source voltages. Each channel is PID controlled. The unit controls the precise temperature of dozens of satellite jig beams inside a 28 foot spherical vacuum chamber.
